Overclocking. The method that worked for me

Modified from

Ctrl alt t
sudo mount /dev/sda12 /mnt
ls /mnt
sudo cp /mnt/config.txt /mnt/config.txt.org
sudo vi /mnt/config.txt
Make changes
Press Escape type :wq
cat /mnt/config.txt
sudo reboot

Mathieu’s method
Open chronos in Chromium os : ctrl-Alt-T
Command line : shell
#mkdir /tmp/boot
the partition is not mount by default, so : 
#sudo mount /dev/sda12 /tmp/boot 
#sudo nano config.txt 
Linux in Chromium Chrome os

sudo apt update && sudo apt distros-upgrade

sudo apt install neofetch
